Matt Gardner has worked for Arch Cape since 2016. Matt serves as the water and wastewater operator for both districts.

Previously working for Cannon Beach Rural Fire Protection District, Matt has an understanding and dedication to community service and public health and safety.

When not working he enjoys fishing, woodworking and mountain biking in the forests behind Arch Cape.
