Matt Gardner

Matt Gardner has worked for Arch Cape since 2016 and was recently hired to serve as District Manager at the March 2023 Board Meetings.
Matt served as the water and wastewater operator for both districts.
Previously working for Cannon Beach Rural Fire Protection District, Matt has an understanding and dedication to community service and public health and safety.
When not working he enjoys fishing, woodworking and mountain biking in the forests behind Arch Cape.

Logan Alexander was hired as Arch Cape Water and Wastewater operator in May of 2023.
He was born and raised in Clatsop County and has a deep care for the community he has always called home. Logan is very excited to have an opportunity to serve the community of Arch Cape and is dedicated to learning everything he can to provide the best service possible to the public.
When Logan is not at work he enjoys reading a good western, and spending time with his wife Alexis and his son Walter.

Jigsaw Consulting Services is owned and operated by Teri Fladstol and is located in Tillamook, Oregon. Teri and Team work remote but are on-site in Arch Cape on Thursday mornings and for Board Meetings.
